The Story So Far
Broadcast
I began my career in Broadcast Media during my time at the University of New South Wales, where while I was completing my Bachelor of Media Art, I took on multiple regular radio-shows at the student union-run publication BLITZ! That’s where the celebrity interviews and entertainment reporting began, with 2016 being the first year I set foot on the red carpet. I’d then go on be hired as the Blitz Radio Producer in 2018, running all radio shows and podcasts produced for the entirety of the year.
After graduation I went on to cut my teeth in television at the Nine Network, learning the ropes of broadcast entertainment and producing on TODAY EXTRA, before then working as a video and Entertainment Producer and Social Presenter for the short-lived FLASH platform at Foxtel/Streamotion, where I was able to set foot once again on the red carpets, and haven’t looked back since.
After Flash I joined Network 10 as their Digital Video Producer for the 10 News socials team, where I regularly presented and produced many of the platform’s news and entertainment content, before moving into broadcast once again on the national Daytime 10 News bulletins.
Hosting, Acting & Early Days
I’ve loved the stage, mic, and (most importantly) the glowing light of the TV box for as long as I can remember. I was acting in theatre and screen from the age of 8, before years later being accepted into the NSW Arts Unit State Drama Company where I was not only able to perform in many high-profile productions both in Australia and the UK, but was also regularly hosting and compering on stage for the Arts Unit’s many other productions and showcases.
I was able to hone my hosting and presenting skills under the tutelage of some of Australia’s best, and put them into practice on a few of the greatest stages in Sydney, including the Sydney Opera House, and Town Hall.
Hosting, Presenting and MC’ing came naturally. I have been a Master of Ceremonies for many shows, corporate events, convention panels, and of course weddings! So it was no surprise when I expanded into supplementing my MC’ing efforts with becoming an Authorised Marriage Celebrant.
